Not happy. Bought elderly Aunt a Christmas present, skirt and top. Unfortunately she became poorly in her care home and is now bedridden, palliative care. Christmas present no good now . Wanted a refund but as I bought it end November I am out if 28 day and the Christmas policy only gives exchanges. Most shops offer christmas refunds up to a week after xmas! She is not needing any clothes! Very distressing time.!

Its a complaint about dumfries bonmarche eindow. Its been smashed since march. Im a customer nd i bdlieve its been smashed since march. Its been repeatedly reported. Nothing has been done. Poor ladies cant even put up a xmas display in window. Could someone please help them in dumfries branch. Thankyou

I ordered trousers online wrong trousers arrived I am trying to send back by post but can't get a return address to label the parcel ,won't be ordering from them again

Customer services are rubbish cannot answer a simple question with regard to my return. Do not seem to have the information that it is back in their warehouse. Talked over me asked to speak to her manager told he was not available but then put me on hold to go and speak with him. I have requested a call back from him and 2 hours later still waitin. Shoddy service and will not buy from them again. Need to change their return process

Items were very cheap and nasty so returned to shop for refund, or so I thought. Because I payed by the safe option PayPal, returns have to be posted back to Bonmarche for a refund at my expense. There is no mention of this when order was placed only when you read the returns section of your delivery note. I should have read the reviews, all complain of poor return service. It has been a while since posting with Royal Mail, I will just have to be patient and wait even longer for a refund. Will not buy from Bonmarche again, I have learnt a lesson.

Went in store to buy pack of briefs didn't have sizes so the assistant ordered the size I needed that was 3wks ago still not arrived. WONT SHOP AGAIN

After placing my order in July and paying for the postage. It didn't arrive. I have emailed 4 times to what they call customer queries/customer services with only one reply thanking me for my patience. My patience have well and truly past. I am disgusted at the ignorance of Bonmarch staff and would like to receive the goods or a refund plus an apology. But I won't hold my breath 😡.

Really disappointed with bon marche return policy. Paid for postage to be delivered. Now at to pay for parcel postage to be returned. So wrong won't be ordering from them again. It doesn't help that they don't have a shop in the town centre any more the nearest one is miles away from me. Really hope I don't have to wait ages for my refund

Company returns policy is absolutely awful. I received a top that was marked as a size 12 on the packet but inside the garment was actually a size 20. Customer services told me they do not offer a free returns and that I had to pay the postage to return it, then send them the postage receipt and they would refund. Had an email today to say they are sending me a cheque!!! After having to drive to the post office and pay the postage to return the item I will now have to drive to the bank in the nearest town, pay car park just to bank a cheque for £3.30. This will leave me well out of pocket for a return that was the Companies issue not mine. I will not be purchasing from them again!!

I went to your store today went to pay for my purchase but the two shop assistants were busy talking to each other totally ignored me until they finished their conversation I was so angry I would have walked out if the items weren’t such a good buy . I would like to add it was not the younger girl she was on shop floor and very pleasant

Horrible experience with this company. Ordered online but never received the items. Contacted them multiple times (via web form and email) and didn't hear back for weeks. Eventually got a very rude email that really stunned me. I'm just hoping I will receive a refund at some point, but I'm beginning to lose faith. Not sure what to do at this point to get my money back. Will definitely never purchase from them again.

Bonmarche is very fast becoming a bad experience, be aware that when you buy and pay cash as i did last week if you need to return and dont want other items you will not get cash back and have to have a credit note, as i did exchange for 2 other items they said they did not have cash in the till to pay the difference which was owing to me, i have spent £368 in bonmarche this year When you are happy with a service you tell 10 people but if not satisfied you tell 20. WORTH REMEMBERING BONMARCHE ,

Until recently I enjoyed shopping at this store. Helpful assistants. Lovely layout. Quick service. Over the last few weeks it has been a chaotic experience. Store is very messy. Nothing is grouped together. Floors are dirty. No organisation. The ladies serving appear overwhelmed and stressed and there are different people serving each time I go in. Changing rooms were disgusting too. I have now swapped to Roman. Overall - a smoother happier cleaner shop. I won't be back!

Shocking. Shop assistant ordered online as they did not have my size in-store & paid via debit card, they arrived some two weeks later to my home address, didn't fit so returned via PO....got an e-voucher as my refund!!! What on earth? Why no refund to my debit card? Massive complaint will be made...I will get my refund via debit card. Absolutely disgusted & will never shop with Bon Marche again!

I would award 0 stars if possible, due to dreadful "customer service. " They sent me two identical orders...their error not mine. I sent two emails, over 10 days...no response at all! Telephoned today, they would not accept responsibility, and insist I pay the return postage. Unbelievable when it wasn't my fault. I Will never shop with them again.

Returns policy very unfair. In error I picked up the wrong size pack of knickers. Took them back to the store the next day unopened, seal in tack but was told no refund. M&S, New Look, Next, Tesco all exchange unopened underwear.

Returns to Bon Marche is so annoying. Bought 2 items both needed returning due to been too big, paid for return postage via Evri as Bon Marche policy states… after a week Evri say they still on way back to retailer, but probably arrived and retailer not updating they have received the goods. No other company’s are like this when ordering online. Will certainly never buy online again from Bon Marche !

Simply don’t use PayPal, you can only return goods via postal service which you have to pay for
