After contacting customer services on 3rd January I returned a pair of jeans as they were faulty and sent proof of postage as asked too .I was told my refund would be by cheque and take two weeks .Never arrived.Contacted customer services by email twice and phoned three times .After saying all cheques had been returned by the post office I was assured another one would be sent out to me .Its now March and still NO Refund.Absolutely terrible service!!!
