“I bought very nice tailored trousers in size 10 but having tried them on, decided a size 12 would be better and considered returning for exchange. Having read the difficulties in the returns reviews, changed my mind - these will do. The postage costs would hardly make the return and re-order worthwhile. Wouldn't buy trousers from Bon Marche again. I bought a number of tops & jumpers recently - excellent but good fit for these isn't quite so essential, so loss of 1 star for their returns attitude.”

“Great deals to be had, slightly long wait to have my order delivered yo store then had to call to see if it had been delivered. Overall very pleased with purchase, just lack a little customer service.”

“It is very easy to order what I wanted online. They offered free click and collect service to my local store. I received a call from the store once my stuff had arrived. The staff was nice and helpful when I went in to pick my order up. Unfortunately I needed to return the stuff I ordered. I returned it at the same store. They gave me my refund without any quibbles. Very easy to use service.”

“Website is relatively easy to navigate. I also like the option to return to store, which is a lot easier than endless post office queues. Always good customer experience in store, they will help you find what you are looking for or suggest an alternative. Great for casual wear.”

“Clothes are usually very good, only problem their skirts come in one length, unlike other High St. shops. Unfortunately women do not all come in one height, or wear their skirts the same length. Some of us prefer to wear skirts 27" length, or even 33" length, according to our height or preference, not just 31" as you stock. Come on Bonmarche, you know you can do it! You are losing business!”
