“The returns policy is dreadful, do not collect , have to use Hermes , Parcel shop or Post office, I do not have facility to print of label , Bonmarcha have been no help at all now have £70 worth of goods I cannot return . From a 73 year old disabled self isolating . Will never use this company again.”

“Purchased a number of night tees recently some not yet worn some worn once washed once worn ones are covered in bobbles/felting Now look like I've had them a few years rather than a few weeks. They do in fact look worse than ones I have had a few years .”
