“I love the fact I can get short length jeans in Bonmarche but can only buy a couple of pairs at a time. On one of my visits I was given a voucher for 20% off in august. Today the 1st of August I purchase two pairs of jeans and was delighted to get a discount of £8.40. I asked the assistant if they still had the vouchers and she told me as it’s an august promotion the vouchers are thrown away.this is madness why not give them out for the next few weeks”

“Visited store at Baytree garden centre, Sandra and her assistant were absolutely fantastic , very helpful polite, went above expectations with their customer service and knowledge of your products ,service I wish other stores would follow , I will most defiantly be visiting again , thanks Sandra xx”

“I love Bonmarche and was very happy when they moved into my home town of Whitley Bay. My friend and I pop in at least twice a week as they always have new stock. I particularly want to commend Danielle who is always friendly and helpful and goes the extra mile to have happy customers. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about telephone customer service who was neither friendly or helpful. It was Danielle in store who helped with my issue. I did email customer service but no response as yet but based on other reviews I’m doubtful of a reply! I’ve only given 5 stars due to my in store experience”

“For 2 days in a row I have been the luckiest customer with Bonmarche - I returned a cardigan to a store in Blackpool, the young lady, Effy who served me was incredibly helpful and pleasant and today, another member of staff, Jay-Lee was again very helpful and professional - these two are diamonds in your store in Blackpool and they helped me out with some awkward things - they were polite and positive - something not seen in a lot of other shops - it was a pleasure to shop, spend and meet these two wonderful young ladies”

“Dear Bonmarché Customer Services, I would like to say what a lovely outlet you have at Stanway. The store is always very welcoming, well organised, and a pleasure to visit. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes a real difference to customers. I was very sad to hear that Kate, the manager, left today. She has clearly done an excellent job running the store and will be greatly missed. However, I do hope that Emily, who is currently the supervisor, will be promoted to manager. She would be a wonderful choice and would help maintain the continuity and high standards of this very well-run store. Please pass on my thanks and best wishes to the team. “I always shop in Bon marche some nice clothes at a reasonable price I always go to the one in Blackpool town centre I’ve never had a problem with returns the staff are lovely the manager is Katie turner she is lovely pleasant and smiley these people giving bad reviews on Bon marche don’t know which one there going to sounds as though the staff need retraining in customer services.”

“Today, I needed help with my order on line. I phone up and spoke to a lovely lady called Barbara, nothing was to much trouble to her, she went out of her way to help me sort out what I was doing wrong. I would score her 10 out of 10 for her help and kindness. Thank you Barbara,you are a credit to Bonmarch’e”

“Went in to Northallerton shop on Sunday 17th August with my little dog, the young lady was so kind and very helpful. Not a lot of shops allow dog's but I had rung to ask. Such a pleasant lady, a credit to your company, although I have to say all the girls are wonderful. It's a pleasure shopping there.”

“Outstanding experience this morning when I visited the shop in Huddersfield. Alison and shop manager Sarah contacted other shops in the area to find the item I wanted in a larger size. It was Bon Marche shop with Harrods service. Thank you.”

“I went into Bonmarche Maidstone this morning and the assistants were so very helpful instead of buying the one item I intended, I purchased 5 items. Carole was outstanding and couldn't do enough to help. We will certainly be using the Maidstone shop in future”

“There clothes are good AND THEY do length 25 in jeans and trousers, BUT there zips are rubbish SADLEY, bought a really nice padded winter coat but had to have the metal zip replaced with a nylon one because bathe metal zip kept sticking and getting caught on the linning, that’s the only problem I find”

“I was assisted by Claire at the Redditch branch of Bon Marche today. She looked online for me so I could choose an item not in store. I was really pleased to find what I wanted but without Claire's help I probably wouldn't have found it. Excellent customer service. 5* Thank you”
