Having returned a pair of trousers that had holes in the fabric therefore faulty expected to be refunded for my costs of returning parcel as stipulation in their own terms and conditions. I must have sent and received a dozen emails asking for this refund. Trousers ordered in June and they received them back early July.It is now mid August and although the refund for the trousers has been made I've still not received my postage costs. This is an unacceptable length of time and I'm sure they would be charging me interest if I owed them money. Most companies offer free returns and it takes less than a week for refunds to be processed. The length of time it took to get my refund back for the item was approx 1 month. Computer systems are instant therfore no excuses are acceptable.
