I had to return an online purchase via post as I had paid for it using PayPal. Despite being able to collect the order in store, you cannot return it that way. Postage costs must also be paid by the customer. After waiting over two weeks for a refund, I have now been told that the returns never arrived so no refund. I am now out of pocket for three tops + cost of postage. I have used Bon Marche for years but they have just lost a customer now.
