I ordered £154. Worth of good on the 24/07/25. After 3 day Evri, the delivery company emailed me to say there was a problem.I have never received thst order. No communication from Bonmarche or Evri. I had to start chasing. That's when I was told that my order was lost in transit. I said I wanted a refund. I was told ok. When I checked the following week, I still hadn't had my money back. I then had to sit on the phone for 15 minutes to get through to someone. She kept saying hiw sorry she was and that the refund hadn't bern processed and that she would do. The worst part is she kept say she was sorry but then she started laughing!!. There was nothing to say I'll send you some form of compensation for your time, just someone trying to hind the laughing in her voice. Such shame, as the shop ladies are so nice and very good at their jobs. Wish I could say the same for the people at customs service!!
