I purchased a dress online on the 23/06/25 and now over 2 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. A lady who lives 150 miles away kindly phoned me to say she has received it and now after emails and many phone calls (cust. services are as useful as a chocolate teapot) I’m still waiting. If you should phone expect to wait at least 25 mins before anyone answers that’s if they do, if they put you on hold expect to be cut off.
I may use there shops in the future but I’ll never purchase anything online
