I returned two parcels to Bonmarche via EVRI the first return on 15th June 22 the second was returned on 24th June 22. I have received a refund for the items returned on 24th June but still no refund for the items returned on the 15th. After 8 weeks of trying to contact customer services, it's now time to take this further.
