Bonmarche on line + PayPal = Issues
Order on line an pay by PayPal at your peril. I had item delivered to store but found it unsuitable, so followed the advised return to store process. Told I could not return to store because the payment was made using PayPal. I have to return by evri at a cost of £2.99, which does not meet the online and distant selling legislation. Customer care did not help and email to complain, received no response. Will not deal with Bonmarche again.
