I have also fallen foul of the terrible returns policy.
Unable to get my size in store l was advised by staff to order online.
The item was to small and l went back to the store only to be told l had to return by post and cover the cost.
Evri are recommended for return and l have had an awfull experience with them who lost a parcel l was returning and it took me 4 months to get my money back
So l will never shop in Bon marche again
This is not customer service it is a con.
