Sent 2 parcels back on 6 April 2024 by Evri 2 day delivery.
It's now 22 April and tracking unavailable.
Bonmarche confirms one received but not the other and I'm concerned I won't get my £59 refund.
Having spoken to customer service several times I believe there's a hold up in the warehouse most probably as their clothes are generally of poor quality and the warehouse is swamped with returns.
I wouldn't deal with Evri or Bonmarche ever again.
