Shocking.
Shop assistant ordered online as they did not have my size in-store & paid via debit card, they arrived some two weeks later to my home address, didn't fit so returned via PO....got an e-voucher as my refund!!! What on earth? Why no refund to my debit card? Massive complaint will be made...I will get my refund via debit card. Absolutely disgusted & will never shop with Bon Marche again!
