Until recently I enjoyed shopping at this store. Helpful assistants. Lovely layout. Quick service.
Over the last few weeks it has been a chaotic experience.
Store is very messy. Nothing is grouped together. Floors are dirty. No organisation. The ladies serving appear overwhelmed and stressed and there are different people serving each time I go in.
Changing rooms were disgusting too.
I have now swapped to Roman. Overall - a smoother happier cleaner shop.
I won't be back!
