Items were very cheap and nasty so returned to shop for refund, or so I thought. Because I payed by the safe option PayPal, returns have to be posted back to Bonmarche for a refund at my expense. There is no mention of this when order was placed only when you read the returns section of your delivery note.
I should have read the reviews, all complain of poor return service. It has been a while since posting with Royal Mail, I will just have to be patient and wait even longer for a refund.
Will not buy from Bonmarche again, I have learnt a lesson.
