Customer service is absolutely terrible!!
My order failed and didn't turn up though my money was still taken. I was not notified of this failure and there was no customer service telephone line what so ever to sort this out. Only twitter or Facebook.
I had to wait 48 hours to hear back from them (which did not include any kind of apology) and my package was already 4 days overdue.
I STILL haven't received my order and now it's apparently my responsibility as it has been despatched. To rearrange delivery through them would delay delivery a further 72 hours.
I will never bother with this company again. Far more trouble than it's worth.
