“UK1106892853. I ordered a top and shorts and had a 20% off coupon. When the package arrived I had 2 shorts no top. Contacted Boohoo, return label issued, had Boohoo premier free return no problem apart from the fact I had to re-order the top at full price. That's how it goes sometimes. But then when I received the refund, it was for the shorts and not the top which was more expensive. Now telling me they need to review cctv. View cctv for what, to see i did return shorts. Well I'm reviewing my bank account and it says Boohoo shorted my money on a refund. I guess this why you can't speak to anyone because its easy to con people out of their money when they don't have direct contact. Whether I eventually get the correct refund or not. I'm done with Boohoo.”

Having a huge ongoing battle to try to get a refund. Have requested CEO contact details several times. Unable to contact anyone by phone. I have provided screen shots of tracked return receipt. My e mails have been answered by 6 different people whom I believe are outside the UK. I would avoid this company who, include Debenhams, at all cost. I will now have to issue a claim through the Small Claims Court.”
“Boohoo is worst when it comes to returns....ordered small trousers (my normal size is small) but when they arrived they were too small for me. unfortunately they do not offer exchange which means I had to return and pay £1.99 return fee. also I couldn't re order as the same trouser price had gone up (I bought on promotional price) which means just to get different size I had to pay 14 quid more....shocking......online retailers need to bloody think about the customers too...since there is no try room involved they should bear the return costs or offer exchange of size. never buying from boohoo again no matter what...”

I ordered a pair of boots from Boohoo today and decided to pay 12 months free delivery
The fact is that the only reason I paid for the 12 months free delivery was because I was ordering the boots and I did not want or need it for any other reason.
A few hours later they cancelled the boots and reimbursed me for the cost of them,
But they refuse to cancel or refund me the cost of the 12 months free delivery.
(Which I have not and will not use)
I feel that this is a breech of my Statuory rights and they have conned me into buying something I don’t want.
The fault lies entirely with them as if their system had shown that the boots were out of stock, I would not have purchased the 12 months free postage.
Me thinks that my next step will be to contact Trading Standards

“order #UK1105491344 Returned 7 items to boohoo, they only refunded me for 5 and confirmed they'd checked CCTV and only the 5 items were in the parcel, however, I actually returned the 2 missing items in a second parcel and the tracking numbers for the recieved parcel (5 items) and the missing parcel (2 items) were delivered at the exact same time and date via the inpost tracking so the tracking shows you recieved both but you've only refunded me for one - how did that happen? Boohoo still continue to claim I only returned 1 parcel despite the tracking proof. It's ridiculous, I don't have the items and still being charged £72 on klarna. I only noticed I wasn't refunded the full amount as it was a pay in 30 days so only realised something was incorrect when klarna emailed to say money would be taken in a day or two. I've asked for proof of the cctv but no, Inpost wont accept a claim unless its by the company who paid/arranged the delivery, Have asked boohoo to do a claim and still awaiting a reply but doesn't answer how the tracking shows boohoo received it and they are taking no responsibility for receiving it.”
“In May I was ordering some new clothes from BooHoo, at checkout it offered me Boohoo Premier for £9.99 for 12 months.
The mean features were Free Next Day Delivery and more importantly for me Free Returns (as ordering clothes online is always hit and miss).
I added this to my basket and when I returned some items which were too big or too small it was free of charge, this was the same for the following order as their sizes are all over the place.
I have just ordered 2 items this week which are no where near the size stated and I am being told it is £1.99 to return them even though I am a premier member.
I have questioned with their customer service department and they have advised free returns is no longer included in the Premier Package as of Mid June.
At no point have Boohoo advised me of this and how can they change what is included for customers who have signed up for 12 months!
I would not have ordered my latest order if I had known this as their sizings aren't great.
Needless to day I wont be buying from Boohoo again”
“Disgusting company. I ordered some items and returned 4 of them. They confirmed receipt of 2 and refunded these only!! I have challenged them and they are now reviewing CCTV footage (because I have nothing better to do than lie). I know they will try to weasel out of it and so I have asked them to send me a pic of the package they recieved back to confirm it wasn’t tampered with or didn’t split. I have had experience from two years ago where the cctv claimed I was lying (I wasn’t) and so now I want my refund or photographic evidence if they challenge me or claim I’m lying! I don’t no why I didn’t learn my lesson last time. I was going to keep some other items from a more recent order, but I’m sending it back as I don’t want any of their rubbish in my house!”
“Guys DO NOT repeat buy from Boohoo, they sent my clothes 200 yards up the road, stuck it half way through a letterbox and tried to gaslight me into saying its still obtainable when it was long gone, they wouldn't even send a replacement. Check out the photo, and its not even my door!. Customer service are also horrid.”

“I tried to return some items I bought right after I received but was told it was after the 30 day window (UNTRUE!) Boohoo is a scam because nothing fit- either too big or too small, and I ordered same size for everything. I read really good reviews beforehand but now I just WASTED $100 on this and my only hope of getting money back is selling at a place like Depop”
“2 items in basket, sent me email reminding me they were in my basket so I ordered them. They didn't send confirmation or desperate emails. Items arrived but didn't fit. When trying to return I couldn't due to having no order number as they sent no confirmation email. Emailed them explaining and asking for help they emailed me back saying the reason was due to me not inputting my email address correctly which was obviously untrue due to them sending me an email to remind me I had the said items in my basket and the fact their website won't let you go any further if you enter your email address incorrectly. At this point I knew they were using delay tactics so I wouldn't be able to send back with in the 28 day time limit! But they sent me an order number which was the same as the customer number on the royal mail label on front of package that I'd already tried before contacting them but I tried again and surprise it didn't work! So I contacted them again explaining. They then asked me to try clearing my cookie, use different browser( Firefox, internet explorer,chrom), use different device( a non IOS device), try our website. I'd already tried all the above first time round so new it wouldn't work! After this and now reading the reviews I know they are wasting my time and from the start they had no intention of letting me return the items! I'm going to carry on trying but I don't hold any hope and if I do eventually manage to return items I don't hold any hope of getting a refund according to the reviews I've now read!! Sooooo please if you are reading these reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOHOO unless you know you won't be returning anything you are ordering! Because even if you are able to return your order there is no guarantee you will get a refund which I've learnt after reading reviews! Wish I'd read reviews before ordering! “So I placed this order, received an email the next day to say it was out for delivery. It never came. I allowed extra time due to Bank Holiday weekend. It hadn’t arrive a full week later so I emailed them.
I was told that it had been sent out for delivery, but without an address. Because of this, they charged me the delivery fee! I was refused a refund because it had been sent, yet in the same sentence they said it was returned due to me address given by me.
Not sure how I could place an order without an address, shopping sites usually don’t allow it. And not sure how they managed to send it for delivery with no address.
Any road, I’m not happy, they were very dismissive by message. They can keep they’re £5, I’ll shop elsewhere. Not worth the risk of losing a delivery fee”
