Unfortunately I have had a really frustrating experience with the refund system from boohoo and I will not be ordering from them again. I have had to wait for a refund for over 3 weeks before but the current refund I am waiting for has again been over 3 weeks. I did not hear anything from them about this and after chasing them up about was told that my refund failed and I had to now wait a further 10 days for a ‘response’ about my refund from the relevant team. This will be nearly 5 weeks from when I first returned the item. It’s just not good enough. Please do think twice about ordering from boohoo if you don’t want to wait a month for your refund.
