No refund, no contact & no one will get back to me - avoid!!
I used to order from boohoo.com regularly & never had any issues but the last order I had, I returned almost immediately as the clothes were terrible & 2.5 weeks on still not had my refund. I have followed up on messages regularly to be told to wait then today followed up again to be told my refund has failed to process & id be transferred to a customer services agent. That was 7 HOURS AGO & I’m still waiting!!! Disgusting service - if I don’t hear back within 24 hours I’ll be contacting my bank!
