“Worst customer service, still no reply.
I was charged twice because there was an error on their website.
I also tried to inform them of this, but fell on deaf ears.
I received emails saying my items are on the way, I emailed as soon as I was doubled charged to say that there had been a mistake and I don’t want double the items and still nothing.
Tried to contact via messenger and whatsapp and the bot kept giving my replies that had nothing to do with what I asked.
Will never shop here again and I advise no one else too Incase they get stuck with the same payment errors and have no assistance to fix.”

I returned an order and Boohoo received it on the 12th July, and I STILL haven’t got my refund. I contacted them yesterday who advised it can take up to 14 days. If my calculations are right, 2 WEEKS AND 4 DAYS. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I ordered through Boohoo and the product was from a third-party, looks like other customers have had the same issue. Never had an issue with them before but they definitely have gone down hill. I also remember the days when returns were free”
“I ordered some clothes and used a Klarna payment. None of the clothes were any good, so went to process a return, and it says it'll be returned as credit. I didn't select that option, and requested Boohoo change or to be refunded as original payment, and they're refusing to help. Even though under consumer rights it's our right to have refund as original payment. Their email hasn't responded, their FB takes hours/days to respond, and so does their WhatsApp. Absolutely appalling.”
“I would rate it less than 1 star if I could. I've been charged twice for an order which included premier membership, double payment came out of my account even though it was only 1 order, I've been trying to get my money back via email with the customer account team and there are multiple people responding to me asking for evidence screenshots which I have already sent. Or sending filler emails with no real response on where my refund is left, it's absolutely awful customer service. I don't have much money so them taking double money out of my account has really affected my mental health and wellbeing. DO NOT SHOP HERE”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a few pairs of shoes months ago and not only have they not arrived as they are held at a carrier facility that BooHoo cannot give me the address for, but they refuse to give me a refund and say that I must find the address, pick up my items and re-ship back to them to get my refund. They take a week to respond with unhelpful emails that contain no information besides continuing to tell me to contact the carrier that has not responded to me. I will never order again and anyone who does needs to be weary that if anything happens to their package - nothing will be done about it.”

I used to order from boohoo.com regularly & never had any issues but the last order I had, I returned almost immediately as the clothes were terrible & 2.5 weeks on still not had my refund. I have followed up on messages regularly to be told to wait then today followed up again to be told my refund has failed to process & id be transferred to a customer services agent. That was 7 HOURS AGO & I’m still waiting!!! Disgusting service - if I don’t hear back within 24 hours I’ll be contacting my bank!”
“Unfortunately I have had a really frustrating experience with the refund system from boohoo and I will not be ordering from them again. I have had to wait for a refund for over 3 weeks before but the current refund I am waiting for has again been over 3 weeks. I did not hear anything from them about this and after chasing them up about was told that my refund failed and I had to now wait a further 10 days for a ‘response’ about my refund from the relevant team. This will be nearly 5 weeks from when I first returned the item. It’s just not good enough. Please do think twice about ordering from boohoo if you don’t want to wait a month for your refund.”

You sent screenshots to me stating my refund was processed when it had actually failed at your end so nobody had even checked this through!
You were just taking it at face value the refund was processed!
You did not respond to me for about a week initially, this is completely unacceptable customer service and also customers cannot speak to a human.
How can you provide customer service when you do not verbally engage with your customer??!!!
You have lots of very poor reviews that you need to consider.
I have also placed a reviee on trustpilot and with citizens advice regarding still waiting for a refund.

“Still waiting a refund, they have part refunded £1.63 of £40 that's owed. Keep being given same excuse that it's going through the system, will not be using again, have used them for years and spent so much money. They keep sending money off vouchers when spend a certain ammount, no good enough, I want my refund”
