“Shocking, appalling, almost unresponsive customer service that tell lies!
You sent screenshots to me stating my refund was processed when it had actually failed at your end so nobody had even checked this through!
You were just taking it at face value the refund was processed!
You did not respond to me for about a week initially, this is completely unacceptable customer service and also customers cannot speak to a human.
How can you provide customer service when you do not verbally engage with your customer??!!!
You have lots of very poor reviews that you need to consider.
I have also placed a reviee on trustpilot and with citizens advice regarding still waiting for a refund.

“Returned over a month ago, been fobbing me off with 'your refund is processing' for weeks now! Not replying to emails, Facebook messages etc. Sent them a strongly worded email stating i was taking legal action - received an email an hour later with refund. Also, if with Lloyds they will investigate and get your money back for you too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF MIGHT RETURN ITEMS.”

“Really frustrating. I just read recent reviews about the same issue I'm going through. My return has been received on the 15th and I've been contacting them since then, as they only acknowledged the return after 9 days when they sent the generic email "we got it"... yeah right? 9 days ago. I told them I will dispute it through PayPal and they immediately replied that I will absolutely get my refund and not to dispute it through PayPal as it will slow down the process. Still no refund and no reply to my persistent emails. I will make an official complaint through European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution. It is ridiculous and frustrating. I ordered clothes from Cider and returned them and I was refunded 2 hours after I dropped them to the post office. For Boohoo it takes 21 days as per their policy to fool people into giving up. Please do not buy if you care about your budget. I should've read the reviews before 😭”

Inpost say they have returned it but boohoo have sent no email to confirm this, my returns are showing as still in carrier's network which is absolute rubbish!!
The value of my returns are over £100 and this is just simply appalling customer service.
I cannot speak to anyone.
