I have been trying to print a return form and the website keeps saying my order and email do not exist! this company is a ripoff! They sent me the wrong size and I cannot return it! Don't buy from them. waste of money

Pathetic service, I order over 4 months ago and they sent me the wrong items. I emailed them straight away, they said they'd send through a free returns, I never got it and put a request in for a refund. After much back and forth and having to get my bank involved after 4 months I finally got my money back - not including shipping which I had to pay for their mistake items to be delivered to me. Thanks for nothing. The service was extremely poor.

I place an order on cyber Monday for 6 dress it came up to 35$ include shipping fee… After 8 days still have not received my order I email customer service.. was inform the order was lost . I told them to replace the order and send it to me since the item was still available by now all the dresses was at a regular price . Guess what ? They decide to refund me instead ! Very disappointed with the service … it felt like a scam ! Fault advertising!!!!

shocking company, sent me the incorrect item, they want me to return said item but won't get it collected they want me a full time working single mum to drag my 3 & 4 year old children on a hour round trip walking at 6 o'clock at night in the cold and rain to send the incorrect item back to be able to get my correct item ALL BECAUSE THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, what they have sent me is worth £7.50!!!!!!! i have explain the circumstances to them and requested it got collected. nope they won't do it. speaks volumes of the type of company Boohoo is, they are willing to make me and my children do that through their error!!!! absolute disgrace. i will never shop at this low customer value company again. they havnt cared in the slightest then act like their doing me a favour by saying once i returned the incorrect item send proof of returning and they will send the correct item on a next day delivery when i paid next day for the original order and it should have been in that parcel!!!! never again boohoo!!!

Even though I did not give instructions to leave it at the door or in a safe area, my order sent via royal mail was left at my door and stolen. You agreed to send it a second time, but you did not allow me to change the address, and once again, even though I did not give instructions via royal mail, the package was left at my door a second time and stolen again. Now my e-mails are not answered. Live chat conversations are closed to my face when I specify my order number. Terrible customer service, terrible system. I threw my money on the street. These were done even though I have a premium membership. Me and my friends will definitely not choose your company again.

Awful experience, received a parcel with a missing item, which they refused to send to me after weeks of emailing them about it. Apparently they checked CCTV and the correct items where sent?! But I was missing an item, I was missing a sweat top to a tracksuit. The clothes themselves where of poor quality. Awful customer service and an awful experience.

Absolutely disgusting customer service... ordered 2 items, only 1 arrived. Told them they said they checked cctv footage and there was definitely 2 items in the parcel, the parcel bag was that small you couldn't even get 2 items in the bag, sent them all pictures proving the size of the bag. But no reply.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, shop somewhere were you know cutomer service's are good and helpful.

Disgraceful customer service. Returned an item, Boohoo still have not refunded my account yet insisting it was sent to my account. up to date payment has still not been received and Boohoo have done nothing, I asked to make a complaint No response!

Returned a dress that was too big, done within less than a week but Boohoo have refused to issue refund. Parcel tracking says its been picked up by Evri but is stuck in transit.... Surely it is up to Boohoo to issue refund and claim loss of Evri?

I ordered 3 dresses and didn’t receive the one I wanted , when I told them, they said they hav checked the cctv footage and saw that my dresses where packed , all 6 tokens were packed . Funny cause I only ordered 3 items, when I mentioned this they said sorry a they missed typed, it was meant to be 3 , a load of bull ! Then when I asked to look at the footage they saw they said , for my peace of mind they said no cause of privacy. So am I meant to go off by there own words? ? Pathetic really! Never ordering again !

Hi id like to make a official complaint to head office.i am waiting for my refund they keep playing jokes with me.they have sent me a refund reciecpy which i asked for and they sent a refund to a card ending in 6224 which is nit my card as i paid them with card ending 6008 heres my proof i sent them the refund transaction reciept which they sent me its not the same card which i paid with . I want some one above to deal with this and want to escalate this complaint unforgivable 10 people saying 10 different things .order number :UK190735973. They are not giving my refund even though their reciept shows a different card the refunded

I placed an order on Monday 26th June on their Guest checkout to be delivered next day delivery via Click and collect. The next day delivery obviously cost more but that's fine - this was for a birthday gift. I did not receive a confirmation email and nor did I receive a message the next day to say the item had been delivered which meant I could not go to the store to as with no receipt/details. Yet the money had left my Paypal account immediately. I contacted customer services via the email on my Paypal receipt. When I asked them where is my order as I had no email confirmation or tracking code given, they said they could not find my order. Several email were sent asking for the same emails yet not refund was being given nor any effort to find the actual order. Just on a whim I thought to ask on their Facebook page. Within minutes of private messaging them, they found my order and tracking code which showed it was delivered on the Tuesday to the shop. When I collected it it was confirmed it was delivered to them on that date. I went back to the facebook page to ask why have i paid 5.99 for next day delivery then if Boohoo didn't commit that and was told they cannot refund that even though they are at fault. Nor was there anywhere on the site to directly contact customer services to send a complaint in except for a short form which had limited characters for a complaint. I know not to use the email on the paypal as again those were automated similar to the Chat Bot. The Facebook messenger staff (Kimberly and Maria A ) again were not helpful saying they would not refund it instead of looking into it knowing BooHoo are at fault! Such disgusting customer service.

MUK115145162 Dishoneat company. Returns process is designed to make things difficult to return so you don’t return items and they keep your money. Been waiting months for refund scamming cunts.

1. I couldn't recieve any updates to my email regarding my order. I didn't get the order confirmation, and neither any further updates. The messages were not on the junk\spam folder, and I didn't have a problem like this with any other site, so that was very strange. The customer service tried but couldn't help me, and problem went unsolved. 2. When the package arrived with a couple of things, I was surprised (and mad) to find they sent me an incorrect item! I ordered a shirt and I got a different shirt in the same color. They insisted I return it instead of refunding me, despite the fact it wasn't my fault - it's not like I didn't like it or it was the wrong fit. I feel disappointed and angry. This was my first (and now last) purchase and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Quality of clothing is horrendous! Images are extremely over-edited and the sizes are all off. Anything white will be see through and any colours will not look the same as they do online. Very disappointing to say the least, and you have to pay £1.99 to return!

Placed a large order. Everything did arrive on time. However, the sizing is well off, and comes up very small. A size 14 dress fitted like it was a size 10. Trousers size 14 and 16 fitted like a 10 or 12. The length of the trousers is hilarious. My friend is 5 ft 8 and the trousers are 3 inches too long for her. I am 5 ft 5 with a 29.5-inch inside leg, so I ordered petite and the trousers were STILL 3 inches too short. Boohoo doesn't anywhere state how long their trousers are, because all women have the same leg length, don't they....NOT. and it says the petite are "shorter leg than regular" and made for women "5ft 3 and under". How many women 5ft 3 and under have a 33-inch inside leg? Completely and utterly stupid. In addition, the quality is very very poor. The material/fabric is awful and the workmanship is dreadful. Yeah, they're cheap to buy, I didn't expect beautiful quality, but they're truly awful. The entire order went back. I won't be buying anything from them again.

I placed an order with 5 items. Only 2 arrived. I complained about it and they told me that they'd reviewed the CCTV footage and can see that 5 items have been packed so they are not offering me a refund. This is absolutely disgusting. I'd avoid Boohoo at all costs. They seem like a set off cowboys. I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue with them after reading through other reviews on this website

I ordered a dress that was stated as 'white' on the description, looked white on the image, but when it arrived it was a yellowy ecru colour, nothing at all like the image on the site. It was also very mediocre in quality, certainly not worth the £28.99 price tag. I paid £4.50 delivery and £1.99 to return - £6.50 outlay for nothing. I also cannot understand why I should be charged £4.50 to have the item delivered but only £1.99 Royal Mail via their returns service to return the same item in same packaging?? First and LAST time for ordering on Boohoo for me, never ordered before, won't be ordering again

Not only did I not get all of my 3 items ordered and paid for, only received 2 - contacted as per their instructions and they refuse to acknowledge and take ownership of it. Boohoo to the customers so I guess best name for this business - well BooHoo to you as I will NEVER order with you again and make it my mission to tell all I know to stay away. Get your tissues out Boohoo as you have lost a customer for 1 item due to your lack of care factor and zero customer service.
