“Ordered a Christmas dress. It was huge! Supposed to be a small. Looked like a sack. They make money on the return (UK). Don't order from them. They are useless.”
“I bought some items to be delivered to Göteborg, Sweden on 27 November 2022, but Boohoo sent my package to Örebro, Sweden, which is more than 4 hours of train ride from my delivery address.
When I asked Boohoo, they kept saying they have delivered my item and don't see anything wrong with the location.
I then asked DHL Freight (they handled the deliver) why my package was sent to the wrong location, they said that was the address Boohoo gave them; what does Göteborg have to do with Fjugesta, Örebro???
If only I had checked the online review before purchasing!

“Why did i buy from these again. Bought tracksuit its disgusting see through material, ugly shape bottoms, bought bigger size x2 too what i am and still to small. Its now in the bin. F..it. Cheap & tacky. Never again. We need to stop buying from this awful company a 5yr old could probably make some clothes better than these people.”
“Clothes are poor quality, see through, have a terrible pungent smell, and the sizing is way off. I measured myself before ordering and everything that came in a size 12 doesn't even fit my housemate that is a size 10. I have to return EVERYTHING from my £200 order.”
“Why on earth does Boohoo use Hermes /Evri for their deliveries?!! they are useless. I've paid for next day delivery, which apparently doesn't actually mean next day it means 1-2 days... and it still hasn't been delivered! will I get the £6 delivery fee refunded?! probably not, effing ridiculous. Massively put off of ordering with them now because of the choice of courier.”
“Awful replies. I had to send 2 emails a week apart. I live in FL, but they shipped to NY. It even said on the website that they will be shipped to my address, but I got nothing in over 2 weeks (when it said it should be delivered within 4 days) just for the customer service to send me an email saying that it has been delivered with a USPS link that tracked the package as delivered in New York. Hate this.”
“Delivery was prompt but the product left a rather disappointing impression on my first purchase from BooHoo. On inspecting the nutcracker Christmas onesie garment, the colours and patterns were faded and indistinguishable to its counterpart on the site, patterns on the back of the garment did not line-up, the garment was clearly made from a different fabric, which was of a stiffer material, not swishy and flowing as it appears on the site pictures, with the shape of the leg stiffly tapered inwards rather then hanging naturally. Pompoms on the hood tapers ends have threads coming loose. All in all, I do not feel it is even worth going through the trouble of returning the item as there is a £2 charge attached to it, will simply not order from the site ever again. I do feel it was a completely different garment and is clearly not the one worn on the site.”
“Do not order from this company! Terrible quality and shipping prices. If you return something you will get a small fraction of what it cost you to purchase on top of having to pay $ 6 for a label to return in at all. Do your out shopping return frees. For instance I bought a tracksuit that I didn’t fit so jut figured I’d return it. It cost $45 plus 14.95 for shipping( not refundable I know) then $6 for a label yo return through USPS. I received a refund of 14.95 in total. Do yourself a favor an order from Forever 21 if you’re trying to save $$. At least you’ll see money back if you return it. Plus they ship out of the UK:/”
“I did an order that included several items of the same size. There were 4 dresses with the same cut however one was too small across the chest. Even with photos showing the dress on top of the others being cm less in width, they will not honour the return. I have filed a complaint with ACCC and I urge other to also!”
“VERY DISAPPOINTED! I recently purchased 8 items via KLARNA but they only shipped 2. After I reached out for help they refused to and told me that all items were shipped and they aren’t refunding or replacing the items. It’s also weird how they didn’t include receipts or order information, no paperwork at all. BUYER BE AWARE! BOOHOO USA IS OUT HERE SCAMMING PEOPLE! Record yourself opening your delivery”
“Delivery has taken over 7 weeks, have made contact on several occasions to be told to just “wait another 24 hours.” After chasing my package for the third time I was told I would receive a refund if it did not arrive by November 4. Of course the date came and “customer service” has told me to keep waiting and won’t issue the refund. Terrible service. Would not buy from there unless you don’t mind waiting 2 months for your items to arrive”
“Placed a very large order of over £400, was recommended as they offered a lot of tracksuits so wanted to get a few and see which I liked/ disliked to return etc. There was 14 items altogether in my order. I received 6 items out of the 14!!!!! 2 when I chased this were apparently OOS so I’d be refunded for them.. fine ( this also wasn’t done until I messaged to ask where the other items were) upon opening this complaint for the rest of my missing order totalling £250 I have basically been called a liar and they’ve refused to reply to anymore of my emails as they’ve checked their footage in the warehouse x3 times and all items were sufficiently packed. They however cannot share this said ‘footage’ due to GDPR. Cannot give anymore information on escalating the complaint or what address where to send a letter too! They just expect me to give up and pay the money just because they’ve got a a video. Seems it’s a recurring fault with BOOHOO by the looks of other trust pilot reviews. Customer service is rude and abrupt and I honestly don’t usually complain as I work in customer service myself but my god this is the worst treatment from a business I’ve ever seen I will be taking this further with the ombudsman. This business cannot keep getting away with scamming people. It’s such a shame they think they can get away with things like this, it’s been such a stressful experience that I really did not need.”
“I ordered a pair of jeans, nothing at all like the picture, sizing was all wrong, would of still been too big and long if i was 10 foot tall, never again will i order from them”
“Clothing is far to small. I ordered a size up and I still could barley squeeze the jumper over my head, and it was supposed to be oversized. I also bought a jumper that I had previously bought the year before and the quality was awful, the jumper I have been wearing for the past year is in better shape. Much cheaper materials have been used to recreate the same garment. I wouldn't even care so much as im returning everything but the fact that I had to pay for delivery then to return it. Wont be shopping with boohoo again until they sort out their quality of clothing no matter how cheap they advertise it for, its just not worth wasting money on.”
“Placed an order and paid for ‘Evri Next Day Collection’ and ordered before 11pm as stated on the website. I ordered these to be collected from a different city that isn’t local to where I live as that was where I was goi v to be that day and it was convenient to get the items delivered there and the clothes that I ordered I needed really soon. My order was not delivered to the collection address the following day. I contacted customer services via the live chat and explained that I no longer need the order (the courier tracking said that they hadn’t even received the parcels) as it would now be delivered too late and the collection address is no longer convenient (it’s 20 miles from where I live. The person on live chat said the order can’t be cancelled and apologised it was late and that I would have to pay the return fee for an order that hasn’t even arrived yet. They didn’t even offer to refund the useless delivery fee that I had paid. They then tried to sell me ‘Boohoo Premier’ £9.99. So basically I don’t have the order on time, have to make a 40 mile round trip to collect clothes that I now have no use for because they’re late and it’s my fault according to the person on live chat for having the audacity to not pay £9.99 for premier.”
“Last time i shall be ever buying items of clothing from Boohoo, the quality has gone right down hill, ordered an over size hoodie that can only be described on arrival as CATFISH , the model is wearing something totally different, honestly the hoodie was thin , awfall colour detail and stank really bad also! , you get what you pay for gone off Boohoo big time !”
