“It's a hit and miss. Ordered few times and most items are decent quality but sizing is off. I ordered all items in Large, but some pants fit like M and some like 2XL or 3XL. What is correct, fits nicely and quality is decent. I tried to exchange and return items but no one replies on your emails. Also, after getting order confirmation , noticed wrong sized item that you can't even place the order for, but there it was and i sent the email to the company to fix it, but again, no reply. Shipping is fast. Wish the customer service would co-operate . My advice is buy only on sales in case you get wrong items and you are not able to exchange or return.”
“I've had several items of poor quality. A pair of boots that I worse twice before soles fell clean off.
Sizes are just massively wrong.
Bought a kimono size 22 but would fit size 16. Rare to have a good experience with them”

“I ordered a dress in a size 10 and I could barely get it past my thighs ! So small probably an 8 at-least or a 6 in real Uk sizing, the same order, I ordered a size 10 bodysuit and it was baggy. The material was very thin, could see through it and was cheap material. Sizing was wrong too, I ordered 2 sizes up from my actual size and it was still uncomfortable. I don't think £20 for a top is exactly cheap either so disappointed in the quality.”
“Bought two items from boohoo plus for the first time, I'm a size 14 usually top and bottom, sized up for loungewear to size 18 so it was comfy and roomy. Both top and shorts were absolutely tiny, and am now sending back! Do not recommend.”
“Ordered lots of clothes, multiple packages to try on in January didn’t like most of them so sent them back had nothing but trouble with refunding. The packages that did get refunded we’re missing items so I suggest if you ever return check they’ve refunded for all items sent back and for the other parcels returned I’ve been waiting almost a month. I’ve messaged them and they say I have to wait 29days.... why? They’re quick enough to take your money but not quick enough returning it also recently ordered a pillow case next day delivery and it arrived 4 days later just as well I wasn’t in a hurry for it.”
“First time Ive used boo hoo,ordered a tracksuit and first time I wore it the tie up in the bottoms went through the material,e-mailed them and they emailed me back saying just get some tweezers and pull it through,I didnt think this was acceptable so sent it back,they did give me a refund very quickly minus the delivery,I really hate losing my delivery money so would not order again.”
“Sizing was awful. Followed their chart to XL shirts. One was a medium (where my arms cold not breath) and the second was a large.
The returns are shocking also. You have to pay to send an item back and I could not locate a contact number or email.”
