First time Ive used boo hoo,ordered a tracksuit and first time I wore it the tie up in the bottoms went through the material,e-mailed them and they emailed me back saying just get some tweezers and pull it through,I didnt think this was acceptable so sent it back,they did give me a refund very quickly minus the delivery,I really hate losing my delivery money so would not order again.
