Robbers no refund even after being told twice they had sent it

Have been told twice that iv been refunded to paypal it's nothing but lies from these people, don't buy of them because if you need to send items back for any reason you won't receive a refund UK1120230834 £33 pounds I'm owed they are nothing but dishonest iv returned items to other companies and iv never had a problem can't say same for boohoo there robbers (not received a refund and my bank has confirmed it's not been sent ,

Returned over a month ago, been fobbing me off with 'your refund is processing' for weeks now! Not replying to emails, Facebook messages etc. Sent them a strongly worded email stating i was taking legal action - received an email an hour later with refund. Also, if with Lloyds they will investigate and get your money back for you too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF MIGHT RETURN ITEMS.

Really frustrating. I just read recent reviews about the same issue I'm going through. My return has been received on the 15th and I've been contacting them since then, as they only acknowledged the return after 9 days when they sent the generic email "we got it"... yeah right? 9 days ago. I told them I will dispute it through PayPal and they immediately replied that I will absolutely get my refund and not to dispute it through PayPal as it will slow down the process. Still no refund and no reply to my persistent emails. I will make an official complaint through European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution. It is ridiculous and frustrating. I ordered clothes from Cider and returned them and I was refunded 2 hours after I dropped them to the post office. For Boohoo it takes 21 days as per their policy to fool people into giving up. Please do not buy if you care about your budget. I should've read the reviews before 😭

The quality of the items has really gone downhill and the customer service is shocking same as everyone else I’m still wishing for a refund after weeks of waiting. The company seems to be really dodgy.

I have returned 2 parcels and cannot get a response from boohoo customer services. It is ridiculous there is no telephone number to speak to someone! Inpost say they have returned it but boohoo have sent no email to confirm this, my returns are showing as still in carrier's network which is absolute rubbish!! The value of my returns are over £100 and this is just simply appalling customer service. I cannot speak to anyone. I have never experienced such shocking service and hope they are closed down!!

I returned my items 4 weeks ago still no refund if I had known they were like this for returning my items I wouldn't have bought from them, I wish I looked on here first before ordering

Returned my order to boohoo promptly. I was emailed after three weeks to say they had received the return and that my refund will show up in my account in four days. It has been two weeks. This company is a SCAM.

I have shopped online with boohoo for years but recently they have been an absolute disgrace. Over the last year boohoo have gone down hill. The quality and sizing of the clothes are shocking. I returned my order 1 month ago and still haven’t received my refund. I have been chasing them since the date I was due to get my refund and they keep telling me I should get it by the end of the day as it was processed well over 5 days ago. Then they tell me I have to wait another 5 days. I will never shop with boohoo again.

Ordered item on 31 January with delivery (as stated on website 4 working days). Item despatched on 2 February so should have received my item on 7 February. Contacted yourselves via WhatsApp and told it was still on its way! I had to wait until 14 February before you would offer a refund. Contacted you again and told I had to wait until 16 February! This is extremely unreasonable. I entered into a contract with you on 31 January on the basis that your delivery is ‘within 4 working days.’ I required the item for a specific date. That date has now passed. Your ‘customer service’ is abhorrent. Due to your breach of contract and complete lack of customer service skills, as you have formally been advised, I have issued proceedings at my local county court to recover my monies from you, plus costs and now compensation. Had you have applied some common sense you would have avoided all of this. However, you can now explain to the court your poor customer service and breach of contract 😉

My package was delivered with an item missing there were two loose shoes in there and an empty bag. Boohoo claimed they have checked cctv and they saw the packer place two items in there they did two separate shoes!!! But not the top.?I won’t ever order from this company again absolute disgrace.
