“Really frustrating. I just read recent reviews about the same issue I'm going through. My return has been received on the 15th and I've been contacting them since then, as they only acknowledged the return after 9 days when they sent the generic email "we got it"... yeah right? 9 days ago. I told them I will dispute it through PayPal and they immediately replied that I will absolutely get my refund and not to dispute it through PayPal as it will slow down the process. Still no refund and no reply to my persistent emails. I will make an official complaint through European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution. It is ridiculous and frustrating. I ordered clothes from Cider and returned them and I was refunded 2 hours after I dropped them to the post office. For Boohoo it takes 21 days as per their policy to fool people into giving up. Please do not buy if you care about your budget. I should've read the reviews before 😭”

Inpost say they have returned it but boohoo have sent no email to confirm this, my returns are showing as still in carrier's network which is absolute rubbish!!
The value of my returns are over £100 and this is just simply appalling customer service.

“Ordered item on 31 January with delivery (as stated on website 4 working days). Item despatched on 2 February so should have received my item on 7 February. Contacted yourselves via WhatsApp and told it was still on its way! I had to wait until 14 February before you would offer a refund. Contacted you again and told I had to wait until 16 February! This is extremely unreasonable. I entered into a contract with you on 31 January on the basis that your delivery is ‘within 4 working days.’ I required the item for a specific date. That date has now passed. Your ‘customer service’ is abhorrent. Due to your breach of contract and complete lack of customer service skills, as you have formally been advised, I have issued proceedings at my local county court to recover my monies from you, plus costs and now compensation. Had you have applied some common sense you would have avoided all of this. However, you can now explain to the court your poor customer service and breach of contract 😉”
