However, the sizing is well off, and comes up very small.
A size 14 dress fitted like it was a size 10. Trousers size 14 and 16 fitted like a 10 or 12.
The length of the trousers is hilarious. My friend is 5 ft 8 and the trousers are 3 inches too long for her. I am 5 ft 5 with a 29.5-inch inside leg, so I ordered petite and the trousers were STILL 3 inches too short. Boohoo doesn't anywhere state how long their trousers are, because all women have the same leg length, don't they....NOT. and it says the petite are "shorter leg than regular" and made for women "5ft 3 and under". How many women 5ft 3 and under have a 33-inch inside leg?
Completely and utterly stupid.
In addition, the quality is very very poor. The material/fabric is awful and the workmanship is dreadful. Yeah, they're cheap to buy, I didn't expect beautiful quality, but they're truly awful. The entire order went back.
I won't be buying anything from them again.”
“I placed an order with 5 items. Only 2 arrived. I complained about it and they told me that they'd reviewed the CCTV footage and can see that 5 items have been packed so they are not offering me a refund.
This is absolutely disgusting. I'd avoid Boohoo at all costs. They seem like a set off cowboys. I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue with them after reading through other reviews on this website”
“I ordered a dress that was stated as 'white' on the description, looked white on the image, but when it arrived it was a yellowy ecru colour, nothing at all like the image on the site. It was also very mediocre in quality, certainly not worth the £28.99 price tag.
I paid £4.50 delivery and £1.99 to return - £6.50 outlay for nothing. I also cannot understand why I should be charged £4.50 to have the item delivered but only £1.99 Royal Mail via their returns service to return the same item in same packaging?? First and LAST time for ordering on Boohoo for me, never ordered before, won't be ordering again”

“i ordered like 10 tops and a few bottoms from them, all sized carefully according to their size charts. even measured myself again just to be extra precise. 2-3 items fit right, the rest are horror shows. their plus size lines are a joke, one of the supposedly full length shirts i bought from them wouldnt cover my belly button even if i wasnt fat. they dont even allow reviews on their site, so that's why i'm leaving it here.”
“Ordered 12 dresses and only 7 turned up. Said they checked their cameras and all dresses were packed and any future missing claims by me will be investigated for fraud!!! “I ordered 17 different style dresses all in Plus 18. I am normally a 16 but know in the past when I order normally the sizing runs small. Every single idem I tried on or attempted to try on did not reflect a plus 18 size in the slightest! I even asked my friend who wears a 12/14 to try one on and it just fit her! An oversized T-shirt which I can only describe as a child’s T-shirt! How on earth you can advise the way you do is beyond me. It’s put me off ever buying from you again as lately your sizing is an absolute joke!”
“I ordered a body mist the first one literally leaked so they send me another and that too was on the verge of leaking the first one leaked on the dress that I ordered with it, it leaked left it saturated then I get the other one not as bad but still leaked a bit spray bit wasn't screwed of tight and there's a lock on there that wasn't locked I'm not happy as they are 7pounds a bottle.”

A hair clip was missing from my parcel. I contacted not for a refund but a replacement....the cost £4! Wow should have been straightforward and simple you would think! No!!! I was eventually informed their footage showed the parcel was packed and sealed appropriately. Now I appreciate their stance on potential losses but something clearly went wrong in the process as I do not have said £4 hair clip. I would not want a fuss over £4. I am shocked, disappointed and would no longer feel confident in buying anything further as this attitude to customers shows a higher value would have been a greater loss. “If I could put no stars I would. The quality of the clothes is extremely poor and very badly fitting, probably the worst quality I've ever experienced. Cheap material, nothing like the pictures online and extremely overpriced for the awful quality. But more importantly, their lack of empathy or true customer service is none existent, they are purely driven by profit, not service. I will never use them ever again.”
“Order a gillet, only cause it was in a sale and always wanted one., so got two. Went by their sizing guide, too small. Got xl, not much difference but fits better. The other one has a damaged popper on both sides do doesnt close. Taked 48hrs to get a reply. Its been 1 week and all they offered me was £20% =£4.67 refund to get the popper fixed myself!! Told them to send me a replacement as its not my responsibility amd send me a label to send back. I am not paying because they dont have quality control.let see how long this takes. They have some nice items, but joke of customer service and if the items dont fit, you have to pay to return it yourself. Definately wont order again after this. Do not recommend.”
