I would rate it less than 1 star if I could. I've been charged twice for an order which included premier membership, double payment came out of my account even though it was only 1 order, I've been trying to get my money back via email with the customer account team and there are multiple people responding to me asking for evidence screenshots which I have already sent. Or sending filler emails with no real response on where my refund is left, it's absolutely awful customer service. I don't have much money so them taking double money out of my account has really affected my mental health and wellbeing. DO NOT SHOP HERE
