I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a few pairs of shoes months ago and not only have they not arrived as they are held at a carrier facility that BooHoo cannot give me the address for, but they refuse to give me a refund and say that I must find the address, pick up my items and re-ship back to them to get my refund. They take a week to respond with unhelpful emails that contain no information besides continuing to tell me to contact the carrier that has not responded to me. I will never order again and anyone who does needs to be weary that if anything happens to their package - nothing will be done about it.
