I ordered some clothes and used a Klarna payment. None of the clothes were any good, so went to process a return, and it says it'll be returned as credit. I didn't select that option, and requested Boohoo change or to be refunded as original payment, and they're refusing to help. Even though under consumer rights it's our right to have refund as original payment. Their email hasn't responded, their FB takes hours/days to respond, and so does their WhatsApp. Absolutely appalling.
