Worst customer service, still no reply.
I was charged twice because there was an error on their website.
I also tried to inform them of this, but fell on deaf ears.
I received emails saying my items are on the way, I emailed as soon as I was doubled charged to say that there had been a mistake and I don’t want double the items and still nothing.
Tried to contact via messenger and whatsapp and the bot kept giving my replies that had nothing to do with what I asked.
Will never shop here again and I advise no one else too Incase they get stuck with the same payment errors and have no assistance to fix.
