I have returned 2 parcels and cannot get a response from boohoo customer services. It is ridiculous there is no telephone number to speak to someone!
Inpost say they have returned it but boohoo have sent no email to confirm this, my returns are showing as still in carrier's network which is absolute rubbish!!
The value of my returns are over £100 and this is just simply appalling customer service.
I cannot speak to anyone.
I have never experienced such shocking service and hope they are closed down!!
