Package lost in post as the tracking clearly shows. Yet boohoo will not refund or resend until a month later leaving it too late for me to buy replacement Christmas presents. Worst customer service I have ever received.I have messaged countless times and get nowhere. Absolute joke. NEVER buy from here!
