I tried to order a dress and while browsing it say only £1 for the next day delivery for today only. So I took the chance to order and I was shocked when I got the invoice that I have paid full price instead. I did complain but they are useless and don’t care about it. Once you put the order there’s no way to cancel it at all. Bad costumer service, not helpful at all.
