PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. I ordered premium and an item from them and they took two other duplicate payments without my permission. I tried to contact support service as soon as it happened and they told me they will refund it and wait 48 hours for it to bounce back. I waited and confirmed to them it didn’t bounce back and they told me to WAIT AGAIN FOR 48 hours and it will be refunded. I Came back to them after 48 hours AGAIN, and they said they will pass it on to another team. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. First of all they should not of taken the money out of my account without my permission. Second of all, I provided so much proof for these unauthorized transactions. This is unfair. This should have been returned STRAIGHT AWAY. Please do not trust them, I use to order all the time and every time there was an issue boohoo never cared or correct it. THEY STOLE MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK. For such a big company you would think that they would just return the money they took from a customers bank account with no permission.
