I placed an order for 3 items. I only received 2 and both of them were wrong. THEY REFUSE POINT BLANK TO SEND ME A RETURNS LABEL.
I have emailed the CEO NEIL CATTO and the owner CAROL KANE
The CEO answered me immediately and promised to sort out my problem. However this morning I am still getting the run around and they REFUSE to send a returns label unless I send them photographs of the items. How can you send a photograph of something that wasn't in the parcel.
They have ripped me off to the tune of £45 and apparently that's ABSOLUTELY FINE
