I purchased three items from Boohoo, two of which I needed to return as they did not fit. I was pregnant and ended up having the baby early. I was very ill and in hospital for over three week and my baby was in special care. Once we were discharged, I was just over the 28 days for returning the items. I emailed Boohoo and explained my circumstances only to be told that I should have contacted them whilst I was in hospital within the 28 days! Absolutely appalling customer service! Would not recommend at all.
