A terrible company... I ordered and paid for next day delivery. I use a service called Doddle to receive my parcel's and Doddle's shop front is bright purple and the doors clearly marked. However, boohoo use the worlds cheapest/worst courier (MyHermes) to deliver parcels and so the driver said there was an "Access Issue". I contacted the courier who said that I must contact Boohoo. I then contacted Boohoo via Twitter because it is either that or email. The responses I got from Boohoo were ridiculous. Here is the convo so you can judge for yourself:

That is what the card says but as I mentioned in my initial message, Doddle were open and ready to receive my parcel. So, to be clear, I am asking what trouble they had when delivering my parcel. Please give me some helpful information as opposed to just telling me the obvious.
