Awful replies. I had to send 2 emails a week apart. I live in FL, but they shipped to NY. It even said on the website that they will be shipped to my address, but I got nothing in over 2 weeks (when it said it should be delivered within 4 days) just for the customer service to send me an email saying that it has been delivered with a USPS link that tracked the package as delivered in New York. Hate this.
