Ex Boohoo Group Customer
As a returning Boohoo customer their customer service/aftercare was not only disappointing but shocking! A hair clip was missing from my parcel. I contacted not for a refund but a replacement....the cost £4! Wow should have been straightforward and simple you would think! No!!! I was eventually informed their footage showed the parcel was packed and sealed appropriately. Now I appreciate their stance on potential losses but something clearly went wrong in the process as I do not have said £4 hair clip. I would not want a fuss over £4. I am shocked, disappointed and would no longer feel confident in buying anything further as this attitude to customers shows a higher value would have been a greater loss. Enjoy your £4 Boohoo on me!
