I recently placed an order with boohoo despite reading some poor reviews.I placed an order Saturday evening and got it Monday morning.
I decided to return the items as they did not suit me . I was a little concerned about getting my money back as again I had read poor reviews about customers not getting refunds. I received my refund in a week as promised.
I have to say I received a very good service from boohoo..
