Boohoo themselves are a good company HOWEVER their delivery service (my hermes) are unbelievably ridiculous!!! Kinda let's the company down.
I've always ordered next day deliveries, sometimes they come in the afternoon and ONCE my delivery come at 9pm!!
The boohoo support team are not clued up themselves. They just read from your tracking, which half of the time is incorrect as mine still states, order generated, but they are telling me my order is out for delivery.. where is the logic in that?
I love this site but their delivery service is appalling!!
