My item hasnt come still after waiting nearly two weeks. Supposedly Hermes say that the item was damaged which is a load of rubbish got in touch with Hermes they told me i have to contact Boohoo.
Contacted Boohoo who cant answer the reason i didnt get my item and just keep asking do i want a refund. NO I WANT THE ITEMS I HAVE PAID FOR!!!.
Terrible service will never use again hopefully the customer service will be highlighted more and they go under the scumbags.
