Have received my order, two of the items were faulty when I went to send them back there was no returns label in the packaged. Have since realised that you need to down load a returns label, with no printer and after contacting customer service I will now have to drive to a friends to use hers! Why make the convenience of online shopping so difficult?!! For what reason other than to make life difficult would you change your policy and not put a returns label in?
Spoke to customer services who were most unhelpful so I will not be using boohoo again!
