1. I couldn't recieve any updates to my email regarding my order. I didn't get the order confirmation, and neither any further updates. The messages were not on the junk\spam folder, and I didn't have a problem like this with any other site, so that was very strange. The customer service tried but couldn't help me, and problem went unsolved.
2. When the package arrived with a couple of things, I was surprised (and mad) to find they sent me an incorrect item! I ordered a shirt and I got a different shirt in the same color. They insisted I return it instead of refunding me, despite the fact it wasn't my fault - it's not like I didn't like it or it was the wrong fit.
I feel disappointed and angry. This was my first (and now last) purchase and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth.
