I ordered a top from boohoo and when I washed it the first time the top frayed in parts and was unable to wear it. I emailed boohoo customer service who got back to me later that day and informed me they would send me out another top free of charge on next day delivery. Great customer service very impressed!
I already order with them all the time and now will order even more after the excellent service! :)
