Their customer service is useless!
They took so long to reply to my emails (48-72 hours each email) and kept ignoring crucial parts of the emails. They would tell me they "couldn't help and were sorry"! All for a mistake THEY made that not only duplicated my order, but sent the wrong colors, sizes, as well as had a few items missing! Then they expected me to pay for return shipping!! Who does that??!!
