Ordered an item from Boohoo over a month ago, I returned the item as it wasn't suitable. Used there free returns label only to have the item sent back to me saying "no such address" I contacted Boohoo they offered to pay the postage, scanned the receipt to them and they decided not to refund me the full amount! Now been waiting well over a month for a refund on the item.
