Great customer service! Replied within ten minutes and was very helpful when I needed to cancel my order due to a mistake (my own) with the colour of the dress I wanted. I will still buy the dress in black. Was concerned with the 20 extra dollars for express delivery (as I live in NZ), but will see how that turns out.
