Placed and order and paid extra for Saturday Delivery (knowing I was in all day and I was going away on Monday) - didn't arrive until Tuesday!
The courier service Hermes Group showed as delivery attempt for Sat and Sunday even though I was in both days... obviously the courier couldn't be bothered.
To top it off the parcel was damaged when I finally received it - so had to send it back.
Really poor customer service, offered no refund in failed delivery.
