An issue on their website caused 6 of the same products to be charged and delivered to me by mistake. I then had to buy ink for my printer to print the returns labels for all products. The initial order mishap cost me 124.46. I was refunded for the prodicts and not the delivery (which was through no fault of my own). All together, the delivery has cost me 19.96!!!! That is more than 3 of the orders cost individually anyway!
Scared it will happen again! I don't have £20 to give to boohoo!!
