Ordered two items. One was my usual size and too small. And the other they sent the wrong size and was too large. Returns process is incredibly difficult, my email did not generate a verification code to even start the refund process. I was told to wait 24 hours and it still didn’t come through. I used the text messaging service and was told to use a different email and wait 24 hours. Still nothing. Eventually I was given a QR code for returning via inpost. As returns process was such an effort and sizing was completely off I won’t be purchasing from boohoo again.
